Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Sherpa B and the programs offered through it (including under other program names, such as Agentic Buildcamp) are operated by Aggregate Intellect Inc. ("we," "us"), 515 Legget Drive, Suite 800, Ottawa, Ontario, K2K 3G4, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Sherpa B, how we use it, and who we share it with. We are governed primarily by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and login credentials, managed through our authentication provider.
  • Program and profile data: cohort, timezone, background, sprint goals, task progress, reflections, and notes you enter as part of the program.
  • Public profile data: if you choose to make your profile public, information such as your headline, location, social links, and demo videos (linked, not hosted by us) becomes visible to others.
  • Payment information: if you make a purchase, payments are processed by our payment processor, or by Maven, the registration platform we use for some programs. We store payment status, amounts, and payment reference IDs; we do not store your card details.
  • Registration data from Maven: if you register through Maven, Maven collects your registration and enrollment information under its own privacy policy and shares it with us as the course host, so we can administer your participation.
  • Communications: if you contact us or interact with Slack-based cohort invitations and communication, we store the associated email address and message content needed to deliver that communication (subject also to Slack's own terms and privacy policy).
  • Calendar data: if you choose to connect your calendar for scheduling, we store the access tokens needed to create and manage events on your behalf, and access only the calendar data necessary for that purpose.
  • Automatically collected data: our analytics and error-monitoring tools automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, and usage/error logs.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the program (account access, task tracking, cohort coordination), process payments, send transactional and program-related emails, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

AI processing

Sherpa B is delivered as an MCP server that connects to the AI tool you already use (such as Claude Code). We do not send your data through Sherpa B to a separate model provider of our choosing: when Sherpa B operates inside your AI tool, your data is processed by that tool and its own model provider, under your own arrangement and their terms, not ours.

Separately, we may use local or third-party AI models ourselves to analyze program data, prepare content, and deliver aspects of the service (for example, generating progress recommendations). Where this involves a third-party model provider, that provider processes data only as necessary to provide that function to us, and not for their own independent purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure any such third-party model provider follows industry-standard measures to protect your data and does not use it to train their models.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers to operate Sherpa B, including:

  • authentication and database hosting providers;
  • a payment processor, to handle purchases;
  • email delivery providers, to send account and program communications;
  • Slack, for cohort communication and invitations;
  • a calendar provider, if you choose to connect your calendar for scheduling;
  • error monitoring tools, to help us diagnose and fix bugs; and
  • product analytics tools (currently Google Analytics), to help us understand how the product is used in aggregate.

We may also disclose information where required by law (for example, in response to a valid court order or subpoena), or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our assets, in which case the recipient would be bound to handle it consistent with this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use product analytics tools (currently Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve Sherpa B. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers, but we do not use them for third-party advertising. If we add new analytics tools in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect them.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the program. To request a copy of your data or to have your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the email below; we do not currently offer automated self-service export or deletion, but we will respond to such requests within 30 days, as required by PIPEDA. Some information may be retained longer where required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes), or may persist for a limited time in backups or in third-party systems (such as Slack or our payment processor) that we don't fully control.

Security and breach notification

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. If a breach occurs that poses a real risk of significant harm, we'll notify affected individuals and any applicable regulator as required by law.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent to certain uses (subject to legal or contractual restrictions). If you're located outside Canada, you may have additional rights under your local law (such as GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), which we'll honour to the extent applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our service providers may store and process information in countries other than your own, including Canada and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children's privacy

Sherpa B is intended for users 18 and older. We do not serve, or knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18, except where a parent or legal guardian has signed a separate written service agreement expressly permitting and governing that minor's access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect.
