The KnowledgeOps workflow prompts — the same prompts that power the Agentic Buildcamp and run through Sherpa-B. Each prompt covers one phase of the development lifecycle, from problem framing through go-to-market. You can use them directly in Claude Code or any CLI agent tool.

Buildcamp participants receive these through Sherpa-B with structured procedural guidance at each step. If you are not yet a participant, these prompts give you a concrete preview of the methodology — and a starting point you can use right now.

Using These Prompts

Copy a prompt and paste it into Claude Code (or your preferred CLI agent tool) at the relevant stage of your project. Each prompt is designed to produce a concrete artifact — a framing document, evaluation set, architecture spec — that carries forward into the next phase.

Hint: Ask Claude Code to save these as reusable skills you can call with / commands for quick access throughout your project.
